Purpose

• Validate social sharing metadata (Open Graph, Twitter Cards) at a glance.

How to Open

• Popup nav → Social.
• Some pages block meta inspection or rewrite OG tags dynamically.

What You See

• OG/Twitter fields (title, description, image, URL, type) with fallbacks.
• Indicators for missing/duplicate tags and image dimension hints.
• Preview cards; if no image/meta is detected you’ll see placeholders for Facebook/LinkedIn and X.
• Reddit share detector: shows if the URL was shared, links to the thread (score/comments/sub), and offers repost. If not shared, offers a “share it now” path.

Workflow Wins

• One view for both OG and Twitter—spot gaps without hopping to external previewers.
• Quickly verify image/URL mismatches before campaigns go live.
• Good preflight before scheduling social posts or running link preview validators.

Recommended Plays

• Preview sanity: Ensure OG:image and Twitter:image match aspect guidance; fix if missing.
• Duplicate guard: Remove conflicting duplicates (multiple OG tags) before publishing.
• Fallback check: Confirm title/description fallbacks aren’t leaking undesired copy.

• Copy/export social metadata.
• Open social preview testers when available.
• Use the Reddit quick-links to repost or jump into the existing conversation.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Relative or signed CDN URLs might fail previews; use absolute, cache-stable links.
• Client-side routers can change head content; reload or view rendered source if values look stale.
