Projects

1 min read

If you run AI-search research for more than one client, a flat history becomes useless within a fortnight. Projects group captured conversations so each client’s research stays its own set.

Purpose

  • Group captured conversations by client or campaign, and filter everything by them.

How to Open

  • Popup nav → AI Insights. The project controls sit with the conversation you are viewing and in the History panel.
  • Also available on the Run segment of the Bulk Analysis page, where you can assign a whole run to a project before it starts.

What You Can Do

Create a project

  • From any project dropdown, choose + New project… and name it.
  • Names are up to 60 characters. You can keep up to 200 projects.
  • Each project gets its own colour dot, derived from its identity so it stays stable.

Assign conversations

  • Assign the conversation you are currently viewing from the AI Insights panel.
  • Assign a whole bulk run up front, from the Run segment.
  • Assign in bulk after the fact: in the Bulk Analysis dashboard, select rows in Saved conversations and use Add to project or Remove from project.

Filter by project

  • The History panel filters by project alongside platform and model.
  • The Bulk Analysis dashboard has a project filter that applies to every section at once, so you can read one client’s domains, brands and fan-out cloud in isolation.

Manage projects

  • Create, rename and delete from the Manage projects panel. Deleting a project does not delete its conversations, it just ungroups them.

Scope brand tracking to a project

  • Brands and competitors can be configured globally or per project, so each client can have its own competitive set. See Brands and Competitors.

Workflow Wins

  • One browser profile, several clients, no cross-contamination in the numbers.
  • Assign a bulk run before it starts and the whole batch lands correctly filed.
  • Hand a client a dashboard filtered to just their project.
  • One project per client. Obvious, and it is the reason the feature exists.
  • One project per study. For a repeated monthly sweep, a project per month lets you compare like with like.
  • Filter, then export. Set the project filter, then export the section you need, and the CSV contains only that client’s data.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Projects are local to this browser profile. They live in the extension’s own storage and are not synced across devices or shared with a team.
  • Could not create a project? You have either hit the 200-project limit or storage could not be written.
  • Conversations captured before you made the project can still be assigned, from Saved conversations in the Bulk Analysis dashboard.
